Our In house event Venture Sparx witnessed luminaries like Mr. Mahavir from TIE Delhi, Mr. Abhinav Chandan from Big Basket, Mr. Shantanu from Bombay Shaving Company, Ankit Prasad of Bobble AI, Aakash Anand of Bella Vita, Nitin Jain from OfBusiness, Ms. Shanti Mohan from LetsVenture, Mr. Abhishek Sinha from Eko India, and many more industry stalwarts. Their insights infused entrepreneurial vigor, inspiring students to pursue their visions.
The institute also provides guidance to students who want to become social entrepreneurs. Life at XL is brimming with multiple experiences; from conferences, guest lectures, seminars and workshops where a student is exposed to diverse views and opinions of the greatest minds in the world of business to committee activities where a student learns management lessons beyond academics.
The formal and informal committees at XLRI take full advantage of this freedom and involve them in numerous activities that allows them to experiment and explore new management avenues. Single occupancy rooms (both Ac & non-AC) will be provided to all participants for the course.
Tie delhi
An event organized by our partner, TIE Delhi-NCR brought together the entire entrepreneurial ecosystem of Delhi-NCR under one roof. It was filled with interactive sessions by a diverse set of panellists ranging from venture capitalists to Founders to Management leaders in the corporate arena, each bringing their learnings and takeaways to the table. Apart from these insightful sessions, the event acted as a a platform for networking and helping students form connections that would aid them in the subsequent stages of their entrepreneurial journey.
Entrepreneurship
Entrepreneurship Annual Conclave 2022, the 11th flagship event of Entrepreneur Media was held on the 20th and On September 21st at the JW Marriott in Gurgaon. It was a melting pot which combined 'People, Purpose, Practice & Profit' to create ventures. The conclave had sessions on leadership & growth, innovation, money, capital & investment, metaverse & block chain and D2C companies. Moreover, the top 100 D2C brands were also awarded by Entrepreneur India.
Jagriti Yatra
First started in 1997, Jagriti Yatra is the world's largest entrepreneurial train journey, covering 8000 Km across India over 15 days, with a vision of building India through enterprise. It introduces participants to 12 role models who are already making a difference and has over 7000 alumni who have significantly benefited from the yatra.Moreover, with XLRI being Jagriti Yatra's Institute partner for 2022, 18 XLRI students will also be a part of the Yatra, which includes 15 students from the PGDM IEV program and three students from the PGDM BM program

VenturesparX - The Entrepreneurship Odyssey, the entrepreneurship conclave organized by XLRI Delhi NCR, in collaboration with the TIE-Delhi NCR chapter. The event fostered the spirit of entrepreneurship amongst young minds while supporting new ideas and businesses of existing founders. It provided a platform where students can connect with industry experts and successful entrepreneurs to share knowledge, insights, and experiences, all aimed at boosting their confidence and entrepreneurial skills
